BIPEDAL.

Now, what's the answer to today's strand?

Drumroll, please.

... Spangram was BIPEDAL.

Hello Strands fans! This song is pretty tricky, but luckily I was able to get HUMAN on board early, which made it a little easier. [but I still have a problem with the spangram, given that MEERKAT (the second word I got) is not actually BIPEDAL (can stand on its hind legs, but not move on its hind legs, which is the dictionary definition).)

Still, now that I have this spangram, I know what I was looking for: an animal that moves on two legs. The two “O's” on the right side of the board led me to KANGAROO, just above which I coded an area for OSTRICH.

Two words were left at the bottom of the board. I got PANGOLIN on the left, paving the way for a link to GIBBON on the right.
