If you're looking for a thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat, “Trunk” might be a great addition to your November watch list. Trunk” stars No In-ji (Seo Hyun-jin), who works for a mysterious New Marriage (NM) agency and lives with a different ‘contract husband’ each year as part of her job. Despite her work, she is actually incredibly lonely. Then, Han Jung-won (Gong Yoo) asks her to marry him on contract in an attempt to mend their past relationship.
Guided by strict rules and protocol, the show delves into the raw emotions that surface: love, lust, obsession, and emptiness as they participate in this unusual and loveless arrangement. Meanwhile, Han Jung-won is left with an unresolved past with his ex-wife. With its glamorous yet chilling backdrop, “Trunk” focuses on what truly brings people together.
There's good news, because you won't have to wait long to stream this psycho-drama thriller. Trunk premieres on Netflix on Friday, November 29.
