Trunk” stars No In-ji (Seo Hyun-jin), who works for a mysterious New Marriage (NM) agency and lives with a different ‘contract husband’ each year as part of her job. Despite her work, she is actually incredibly lonely. Then, Han Jung-won (Gong Yoo) asks her to marry him on contract in an attempt to mend their past relationship.

Guided by strict rules and protocol, the show delves into the raw emotions that surface: love, lust, obsession, and emptiness as they participate in this unusual and loveless arrangement.
