Netflix's top 10 is constantly shifting between trending films, but not all of them live up to the hype. Sure, favorites like “Cobra Kai” and “The Outer Banks” have consistently dominated the top spot in recent weeks, but if you're craving something a little different or a show that takes storytelling to the next level, it's worth looking beyond the obvious hits.
With countless options on streaming services, it can be tough to decide what to watch next. So we've thoroughly researched Netflix's current top 10 and narrowed it down to three must-see shows that will satisfy in every way.
This is based on the Netflix Top 10 as of Thursday, November 21.
“A.P. Bio” is a hilarious sitcom that turns the typical classroom comedy upside down. The show centers on Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton), a disgraced Harvard philosophy professor who reluctantly accepts a job teaching high school biology in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio. Instead of adhering to the curriculum, Jack takes revenge on his academic rivals and implements elaborate schemes (with wild and unexpected results) with his students to achieve his own selfish goals.
“A.P. Bio” was unfortunately cancelled by Peacock after its fourth season, but it remains a hidden gem for situation comedy lovers. It gets sharper and funnier with each season, delivering clever humor, quirky characters, and surprisingly heartfelt moments. If you're in the mood for a must-see, must-watch comedy that gets better with time, this one is worth adding to your watch list.

“Our Oceans” is a Netflix nature documentary series narrated by former President Barack Obama. In-depth investigations of the world's five oceans (Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Southern Ocean, Southern Ocean, and Arctic), each of the five episodes focuses on a specific ocean and the amazing marine life and ecosystems within it, including the migration of humpback whales, the resilience of Arctic walruses, and unique behaviors such as “tennis” matches between fish shows.
The program also delves into the connections between oceans through the global ocean currents, also known as the “conveyor belt” that circulates seawater around the globe and sustains marine life. Using groundbreaking underwater filming techniques, this documentary captures rare and never-before-seen images of marine life, while highlighting the importance of protecting these ecosystems.
