Hulu is one of the best streaming services, thanks in part to its excellent library. At the Emmys, Hulu's shows “Shogun” and “The Bear” won the most awards, and several other shows were nominated, proving that if you like TV, you need Hulu.
But with so many great TV shows, it can be hard to know what to watch. Fortunately, Hulu has a collection of the top 15 shows and movies that will tell you what is trending on this platform.
Reviewing this week's most popular shows, there is surprisingly little to choose from; Hulu's top 10 is dominated by movies for those enjoying the Thanksgiving vacation. But there are still some popular shows worth watching, including a new animated holiday special from “Family Guy.”
Let's get right to it and take a look at Hulu's top 10 three shows worth watching right now. If you want to see more, check out Hulu's Top Movies guide.
This is based on the Hulu Top 15 movies and shows as of Friday, November 27.
ABC's hit reality show “Dancing with the Stars,” now in its 33rd season, is still airing on ABC. But now it is also available on Disney Plus and Hulu, making it easier than ever to see if your favorite stars can dance.
This season, host Alfonso Ribeiro returns and former professional dancer and judge Julianne Hough co-hosts the show; the epic three-hour finale just ended this week, with five couples vying for the crown: Joey Graziadei ("The Bachelor” ) and Jenna Johnson, Ilona Maher (Olympic rugby player) and Alan Bersten, Chandler Kinney (actress and singer) and Brandon Armstrong, Steven Nedorosik (Olympic gymnast), Riley Arnold and Danny Amendola (former NFL wide receiver) competed for the title. At this point, you probably know “Family Guy.” It is an animated series about the Griffin family of Quahog, Rhode Island. There is the large, awkward father Peter (show creator Seth MacFarlane), the overwhelmed wife/mother Lois (Alex Borstein), the constantly teased daughter Meg (Mila Kunis), the slow-witted son Chris (Seth Green), the hyper-intelligent baby Stewie (MacFarlane), and the talking family dog Brian (MacFarlane).
The show, which just celebrated its 25th anniversary, has long since abandoned comparisons to “The Simpsons” and worries about cancellation. While the bulk of Season 23 won't come until 2025, “Family Guy” has two holiday specials on Hulu so far this season. The latest, “White Guy's Gift,” was just released earlier this week, so go watch it now to get into the (probably inappropriate) holiday spirit.
