Select OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R models could soon be released globally, according to X's recent post

OnePlus recently released the OnePlus 13 and OnePlus 13R in China, but no wider release There was no mention of a wider release. However, a recent post by user @MysteryLupin indicates that OnePlus is planning a global release of both models in the same colors as the China release. For example, the OnePlus 13R will have 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage and will be released in Nebula Noir and Anstral Trail colors.

The OnePlus 13, on the other hand, could be released in Black Eclipse, Midnight Ocean, and Arctic Dawn colors with 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The OnePlus 13 is also likely to have an option with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, but only in Black Eclipse. If accurate, the OnePlus 13 with 1TB of storage and 24GB of RAM would be a China-only model.

The OnePlus 13 is one of the first global smartphones to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Interestingly, the main OnePlus 13 will launch with 16GB of RAM, which may set it apart from other Android phones, especially Samsung's upcoming flagship. Recent leaks have given us our first look at the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered Galaxy S25.

RAM is not the only thing that makes the OnePlus 13 superior to other Android phones. For example, it has an impressive 6,000 mAh battery and 100W wired/50W wireless fast charging. In addition to this, there are improvements made by OnePlus' OxygenOS, the next OxygenOS 15 beta version of which is currently being tested. One of these is a new feature that will tell the phone's location even when the power is off.
