The official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 series is imminent, with a Galaxy Unpacked date rumored for late January. And we should expect a lineup of phones featuring the new Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and the new One UI Android skin.

Before we get there, we have a new leaked image purporting to show off a dummy model of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. Over the past few months, we have had to rely on rendered images based on CAD drawings to get a glimpse of what next year's flagship Android device will look like.

Regular leaker Jukanlosreve posts a pair of images that he claims are the actual Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

The images show off the Galaxy S25 Ultra with a black and white back frame. We can get the most information by looking at the back of the device, as the front only shows a muted display with a foam-like screen protector on the screen. As far as we know, the S24 Ultra does not ship with a protective film applied.

From the back, we can see the rounded corners that were suggested in earlier rumors. Compared to the sharp corners of the Galaxy S24 Ultra, they appear to have a softer appearance but with a tighter radius. For those who are uncomfortable with sharp corners sticking into their palms, this should be a relief.

Although speculative due to the lack of profile views, the sides of the device appear to be flatter compared to this year's phones. The display and rear panel also appear to be flatter, rather than the slightly curved screen of previous years.

The camera array appears to have basically the same layout as the Galaxy S24 Ultra. However, the lens itself appears to have a series of concentric rings similar to those on the Galaxy Z Fold 6.

This is leaked information and should be taken with a grain of salt. However, it appears to be consistent with previous leaks and renderings we have seen about the phone.

With the powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and the updated One UI 7, Samsung's flagship phone looks really interesting. However, the handset will reportedly come with a whopping price hike. Let's hope this leak doesn't turn out to be a reality.

Samsung is expected to announce the Galaxy S25 Ultra at Galaxy Unpacked 2025 around January 22.
